PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Processing time - 2 to 3 business days to process your order and get it ready for shipping.
Free Standard Delivery - An average of 5-10 business days from the time of pickup depending on your location and the warehouse the products are shipping from. This service includes door delivery for smaller items and for bulky items the carrier will unload them in front of your property. Please note that our carriers are not able to enter your property with this type of delivery.
White Glove Service - An average of 7-14 business days from the time of pickup depending on your location and the warehouse the products are shipping from. When you select White Glove Service, your bulky products will arrive at a distribution warehouse closest to you and will get picked up by a 2-man delivery team who will then schedule a delivery appointment with you and carefully bring the items inside, perform light assembly such as attachment of legs and remove packaging. If you are considering a return, please request to keep all packaging as returns are not allowed without the original packaging.

Standard shipping is FREE on all orders within Canada.
For White Glove Delivery, a flat fee of $299 will be added to your order.
